Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide with Standard and Express delivery options at checkout. All orders are packed and shipped from Bundaberg, Queensland and sent with Australia Post.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
Express is typically 1–4 business days.
Please note delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas.
Do you offer Express Post?
Yes, Express Post is available at checkout. If you’re shopping last-minute or need a gift quickly, Express is the safest option.
Where are you located and are you a small business?
We’re a small, family-run Australian business based in Bundaberg, Queensland. We are online only at this stage and every order is packed with care.
Are your toys safe for babies and toddlers?
Yes. We carefully select brands that meet Australian and international safety standards, with non-toxic paints, quality materials and safe finishes. Always check the recommended age on each product before purchase.

What are open-ended toys?
Open-ended toys can be played with in many different ways, rather than having one fixed outcome. They encourage imagination, problem solving, independence and creative play - which is why they’re so loved by parents, educators and therapists.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
Yes - we accept returns on unused, unopened items within our return period (excluding final sale items). If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it right away. Just reach out and we’ll look after you.
Do you allow discount codes & why are some brands excluded?
Yes, we offer discount codes throughout the year. Some premium brands have strict pricing policies, so we’re not able to discount those lines. Any exclusions will always be noted in the offer.
