Self-Managed Participants

If you manage your own funds, you can shop directly on our website just like a standard customer.

Step 1: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Pay via Credit Card, PayPal, or your preferred method.

Step 3: Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, a formal tax invoice will be emailed to you alongside your tracking information. You can then use this document to claim your reimbursement from the NDIS portal.

While not mandatory for your claim, you are welcome to add the Participant Name and NDIS Number to the 'Order Notes' if you would like these details to appear on your tax invoice for your records.

Note: If you are making a large purchase and prefer not to pay upfront, you are welcome to use the Plan-Managed process below. We will send you an invoice first so you can upload it to the portal and receive funds before finalising purchase.

Plan-Managed Participants

If a Plan Manager handles your funding, please follow these steps to ensure a compliant invoice is generated:

Step 1: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Step 2: At the Payment step, select the option NDIS (Plan Managed).

Step 3: In the 'Order Notes' box (located at the bottom of your cart before checkout), please include:

  • Participant's Full Name.
  • NDIS Number.
  • Any special requests, such as Signature upon Delivery or a request for Express Post.

Step 4: We will email the tax invoice to you for forwarding to your Plan Manager within 48 hours.

Step 5: Once the funds have cleared in our account, your order will be dispatched immediately. You will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note: We currently support Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants. We are unable to process NDIA Agency Managed orders at this time.
