Shipping policy

We currently do not offer international shipping.

We use Australia Post to ship majority of orders. 

Shipping Rates

FREE Shipping – all orders $250 and over, Australia Wide. Standard shipping timeframes apply. Big and Bulky products are excluded from free shipping offer.

Standard Shipping $11.95. Flat Rate Australia Wide. 

Express Shipping $24.95. Flat Rate Australia Wide (up to 5kg).

Big & Bulky Shipping $25. Automatically applied for relevant products as per product page. Big and Bulky products will be sent via courier often Direct Freight Express or Aramax. 

Shipping charge includes delivery, handling and packaging.

Standard Orders

We do our best to dispatch your order the day you place it, however during peak or promotional periods (eg. Christmas) please allow up to 2 days for your order to leave our store. 

Approximate shipping times (business days) for Standard orders are estimated at 4-7 days within capital cities, or 5-10 days for regional areas.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct.  All orders are sent with Authority To Leave, unless requested otherwise.

Please note that some Stapelstein products have a 2-business-day fulfilment timeframe, as they may be shipped directly from our supplier.
