This set of wooden bowls and acorns from Grapat in rainbow colours, compels children to sort  and collate. The activity of moving these small acorn shapes, firstly with their fingers and then using the wooden tongs, assists in the development of logical mathematical thinking and fine motor skills.

Using tongs helps to improve concentration. This beautiful coloured wooden set will invite children to play, and their imagination will enable a wonderful variety of interpretations.

Grapat is a small, family-run workshop producing natural wooden toys in Catalonia, Spain. Made with love using mostly beech and birch wood sourced locally from sustainable forests. All Grapat Toys are finished with water-based, non-toxic dyes and vegetable oils, and come beautifully presented in sustainable eco-friendly packaging.
